Machine Feature

1. The machine tool mainly consists of a bed, worktable, gantry, power head, CNC system, cooling system and other components.This cnc gantry drilling machine adopts a fixed bed worktable and a movable gantry structure.

2. The bed, column, worktable, and gantry are HT250 cast structural components. The bed surface is made of integral cast iron and the worktable is precision milled with T16 grooves to ensure worktable accuracy.

3. This cnc gantry drilling machine has three CNC axes, and the bed is equipped with heavy-duty linear guides. The Gantry can move longitudinally along the guide rails (x-axis), and the Gantry crossbeam is also equipped with linear guides. The slide can move laterally along the guide rails (y-axis), and the slide is equipped with a slider. The power head is equipped with a guide rail and can move vertically on the slide (z-axis). The x, y, and z axes are all driven by CNC servo motors and ball screws.

4. The power head spindle adopts precision spindle and servo spindle motor drive, which can be customized according to needs stepless speed regulation. The spindle can be clamped with a BT50 chuck to hold drill bits or milling cutters, and is equipped with a pneumatic cutting cylinder,realize one click tool change, higher precision, and high-speed cutting.

5. The machine tool is water-cooled and equipped with a coolant supply, recovery, and circulation system, as well as an automatic system.The oil lubrication system ensures the smooth, long-term and effective operation of the linear guide and ball screw.

The control adopts KND numerical control system, and the electric drive adopts high-precision servo motor drive, equipped with RS232 interface and color display screen, Chinese operation interface, capable of on-site/external USB input Workpiece, easy to operate, equipped with a fully digital high-speed handwheel, making your operation more convenient and efficient.

7. The machine tool is equipped with low water level automatic alarm, tool wear alarm, and power-off memory function.
