Model 2016 CNC Drilling and Milling Machine Production Completed

The 2016 cnc drilling and milling machine is mainly used for drilling, milling, reaming and chamfering of plate-shaped work-piece, such as heat exchanger tube plates, baffles, flanges, slewing supports, steel structure connection plates and so on.

1. Machine bed is cast iron structure; heavy-load linear roller guide pairs are equipped on two sides of the machine bed respectively for guiding the left and right supports of the gantry.

2. Several T type bars are mounted on the worktable of high-quality iron casting, on which the tube sheet can be placed and pressed with a pressing board.

3. The moving of the gantry structure is guided by two pairs of linear guide-way, it is driven by AC servo motor, ball screw to ensure the high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.

4. Two linear rolling guide pairs and a sliding power head are installed on the front side of the gantry and a set of precision ball screw pairs are installed above the gantry. 

5. Adopt reducer motor and Taiwan precision spindle to drive the ball screw to rotate. High-speed precision spindle taper hole B50 with internal cooling, greatly improve the drilling accuracy and labor productivity.
