Precision Accessories

1. Adopting Taiwan HIWIN guide rail and Ding B screw. The installation method of the guide rail is vertical and parallel installation, with uniform force distribution, ensuring stable machining and operation of the machine tool.

2. The X and Y axes are equipped with high-performance functional components that are matched with guide rail clamps and rolling linear guide pairs. Using the principle of wedge-shaped block expansion, they have the functions of fixing the gantry, precise positioning, preventing vibration, and improving stiffness. The structure of cnc drilling and milling machine is compact and the functions are powerful.

The central water outlet filtration system

Comes standard with a central water outlet filtration system, which effectively filters impurities in the cutting coolant. Chip removal system

1.At the rear of the cnc drilling and milling machine, there is a chain type chip conveyor and chip conveyor car.

2. When used in conjunction with a high-pressure water gun, quickly flush the iron pin into the sorting machine, and the sorting machine transports the iron pin, saving manual cleaning time and reducing labor.

3. The discharge machine is equipped with a liquid level alarm light, which automatically alarms when the cutting fluid is insufficient.
